My Story
Thank you for allowing me to share more of my story with you. I'm a mother to two beautiful daughters and wife to my loving and supportive husband, Daryl.

Throughout my life's journey, I've had the privilege of living in intentional communities where I've worked closely with others to provide essential support, such as feeding, clothing, and assistance to those experiencing homelessness. In addition to my community work, I've had the opportunity to facilitate educational classes for women and children facing domestic violence.
Furthermore, my journey led me to become a foster parent, giving me the chance to be a loving and supportive figure that reinforced my dedication as an advocate for healing and growth. All of these experiences have cultivated within me a genuine affection for humanity, especially for those who may be hurting and brokenhearted.

Becoming a trauma release life coach and mentor was a natural progression for me, born from a deep desire to see people set free from the weight of their painful past and present. Nobody should walk through their healing journey alone, and I want to share the tools I have been given to help people be as successful as possible.
I would love to be part of your healing journey. With a tender, nonjudgmental, and caring heart, I would be honored to help you become free from past or present painful experiences and memories.

My Approach
My approach to healing involves blending holistic, practical, and spiritual guidance on the journey to well-being. When I think about the healing process, I consider how the mind, body, and soul work together to cultivate a new and positive perspective on an experience. The mind carries the thought patterns, the body carries the physical sensations, and the soul holds the emotional space of life's events.

Healing begins with awareness, which leads to willingness, which leads to action. When we feel stuck in a cycle, it means some unidentified or unknown trauma is trapped inside us from our past. Getting rid of the negative trauma response and replacing it with a positive one is essential to becoming unstuck. Trapped Trauma Release and Exchange began from the very inception of when we were first created as spiritual beings and given the choice to express ourselves as humans in the physical world. Recognizing that we chose to come to Earth and have a human experience grants us the ability to take responsibility for our choices and cultivate new perspectives on our life experiences.
Through eye movement desensitization, the mind, body, and soul are able to release negative energy attached to painful situations and re-frame neurological responses to be positive and enlightening, effectively harnessing that negative energy for positive transformation. When these responses are re-framed, the mind, body, and soul can rest and replenish their energy reserves. As a result, we become unstuck and liberated to move forward with grace and ease.

I do very little talk therapy, as this can keep a person in a heightened emotional state when reliving the memories of a painful experience. My primary focus is helping clients release negative energy and receive a positive mindset. Therefore, my intention is to move through the negative responses quickly and efficiently to promote internal peace: the painful response is recognized, released, and re-framed promptly. Letting go of the feelings, thoughts, and memories doesn't take much time. It just takes the willingness to get rid of and move past it.
I always do closing processes at the end of each session to balance the energy field, leaving you in a calmer mental state, ready to face the challenges of life with confidence and emotional ease.
